Behind the Smile is our new campaign for mental health awareness month shining a light on the hidden mental health struggles many teens face - especially those who seem “perfectly fine” on the outside.
Get Involved
You don’t need to be a mental health expert to make a difference. Here’s how you can help shine a light on the struggles that often go unseen:
1. Share the Message
Repost and interact with our campaign graphics, stories, and videos on social media. Every share helps reach someone who might feel unseen.
2. Start the Conversation
Talk to your friends, classmates, and teachers about what it means to really check in on someone - even if they seem “fine.”
3. Use Our School Resource Pack
