Prepared for Life is a youth-led national campaign calling for reform of mental health and life skills education in UK secondary schools. The campaign highlights the gap between academic preparation and real-life readiness.

Founded by a teen, for teens

I’m Owen, the founder of Talking for Teens, a youth-led mental health platform I started after seeing how many people my age were struggling in silence. I wanted to create something real and something that actually speaks our language.

As a young person myself, I know what it feels like to deal with pressure, loss, and everything that comes with growing up today.

That’s why Talking for Teens exists, to make sure no one feels alone, and to show that change can start with us.

No more barriers. No more hiding. We are Talking for Teens.
